1. Are you already registered on this website? If the answer is yes, simply enter your username and password on the home page. You should have received your unique username and password via email, so check there to find these details if you cannot remember them.

2. If you are not registered, the website won't allow you to fill in the questionnaire and receive your free cough diagnosis, so please spend a few minutes completing your registration details.

3. Once you have registered your details including your email address with us, you should receive an email reply within a short while which will ask you to reply to us (usually within 15 minutes depending on how busy the internet is etc).

4. You can now login to the website by entering your username and password on the home page. This will then allow you to access the online cough diagnosis part of the website.

5. Take time to answer the questions as accurately as you can so we can give you the most accurate diagnosis possible.

6. Once you have completed the form you will see a diagnosis of your cough along with a letter you can print out to give to your local GP.

7. You can come back to the website at any time and view your questionnaire answers and the results and doctors letter by simply logging on with your username and password on the home page.

8. You may wish to redo the questionnaire for example if you have started a different treatment and wish to compare current results with previous ones.
